By strictly controlling process parameters and environmental conditions, it ensures the quality of the wax patterns, which directly determines the precision and surface quality of the final castings. In addition to traditional wax injection machines, we also utilize 3D printing technology for rapid prototyping, significantly shortening the production cycle.

The Shell Making Workshop is a crucial stage in investment casting, responsible for building the ceramic shell around wax patterns. Precise control over shell thickness and uniformity is essential for achieving final casting accuracy and surface quality. Utilizing our self-developed Smart & Eco-Friendly Shell Building System, which features intelligent monitoring of the entire process and environment, we significantly shorten production cycles and reduce casting defects by ensuring consistent, high-quality shells.

The Melting Workshop is a critical stage in precision casting production, primarily responsible for the melting and pouring of metal materials. The melting process requires strict control over temperature, composition, and pouring speed to ensure casting quality.

Centrifugal Vacuum Casting is applied to thin-walled components such as impellers and blades, enabling rapid melting and pouring (within 5 minutes per furnace) for titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys, and various non-ferrous metals.

The Post-Processing Workshop is the final stage in investment casting, primarily responsible for cleaning, cutting, heat treatment, and surface finishing of castings to ensure they meet the required dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and mechanical properties.

The Machining Workshop is primarily responsible for precision machining of casting blanks using high-precision mechanical equipment to achieve the required dimensional accuracy, form accuracy, and surface quality as per design specifications.
